He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. "Wildcat" Conn and Fannie Frederick Conn; and his siblings, Billy W. Conn, Roy Quinley (Faye) and Wanda Jean Conn.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Harrison Conn; his sons, Randall Conn (Regina) and Rick Conn; his grandchildren, Leah Campbell (Brandon), Victoria Oakes (Steven) and Tyler Conn; his great grandchildren, Lorelai, Wyatt, Padme, Sawyer, Natalie and Kaleb; and his sister Lena Darlene Begley (Ralph) of Knoxville, TN.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
