He was predeceased by: his brothers, Sid Smith and Andy DiSalvatore. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Marie Quiros-Smith; his daughters, Tessa Baker (Justin Baker) and Skylar Robinson (Joshua Robinson); his granddaughters, Everleigh Robinson and Hayden Baker; his parents, Cheryl Smith DiSalvatore and Larry Smith (Mori Smith); his stepfather Joseph DiSalvatore (Dawn DiSalvatore); his brother Chris DiSalvatore (Addie); and his nieces and nephews, Emerie, Corbin, Acelyn Smith, Kamryn Smith and Rylan Smith. He is also survived by other family members and friends.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lake Reba.
