He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie B. Donovan and Elizabeth Shelburne Donovan; his wife Judy Bogie Donovan; and his siblings, Kenneth Donovan, Christine Ware and Marie Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Lee Donovan (Pamela) of Lexington, KY, Rick Witt (Tammy) of Richmond, KY, Kim Isaacs (Boyd) of McKee, KY and Ron Francis (Sharon) of Richmond, KY; his sister Laurie Donovan of Taylorsville, KY; his grandchildren, Lydia Alexander (Vinson), Charlene Przybs (Robert), Amber Witt (Joshua), Seth Witt (Nebraska) and Hannah Witt; and his great grandchildren, Crystal Jackson, Destiny Isaacs, Kelsey Isaacs, James Alexander, Jason Alexander, Vivian Witt, Charleigh Witt, Boston Witt, London Witt and Knox Witt.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Christian Church (206 Chestnut St, Berea, KY 40403). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
