She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hart and Donna Mae Horn Hart. She is survived by: her children, LaDonna Neeley (Mitchell), Kristina Moore (Michael), Janet Byrd (Phil), Cathy Rosas (Jose), Robert C. Johnson, Jr. (Jan), Lawrence A. Johnson, Keith Johnson (Jennifer) and Jill Johnson; and her siblings, Barbara Edmister and Jeff Hart. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Care Plus or the charity of your choice.
