He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Mullins and Alice Ratliff Mullins; his sister Ethel; and his son Donald. He is survived by: his wife Ethel May Faw; his daughter-in-law Susan Mullins; his granddaughters, Pam Aldridge (Mark) and Penny Mullins; his great grandchild Travis Votaw (Cecilia); and his great great grandchildren, Harper and Lily.
He was a life member of the Bird dog Foundation in Grand Junction Tenn.
