She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Sheena Damrell; and her siblings, Verlon Lee, Silis Lee, Mary Lee, Verd Calhoun and Elsie Richardson.
She is survived by: her husband Haze "Bill" Blevins; her children, Ronnie Blevins, Vickie Damrell and Dwanna Harrison; her brother Wayne Lee; and her close friends, Joyce Lainhart, Bonnie Hopkins, Pam Todd and Kathy Lipps. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
