Cates (Kris), Nicholas McCully and Brandee Deckard (Michael); her stepchildren, Thomas Claxton and Chasity Smith; her sister Rebecca Hayes; her niece Fawn (Jason); her grandchildren, Piper, Benjamin (Alyssa), Tucker, Sawyer, Charlee-Kate and Olive; and her great grandchild Axle.
