He is survived by: his wife Dixie Lou Slone; his children, Darren Slone (Brenda) of Berea, KY, Lonna Newman (Danny) of Irvine, KY and Tammy Carol Slone of Berea, KY; his grandchildren, Rodney Combs, Amanda Combs, Christopher Isaacs and Kallie Isaacs; and his great grandchildren, Marcus Cervantez, Daisy Isaacs and Easton Blair.
