He is survived by: his fiancée Teresa Johnson; his parents, Danny Lee Ratliff and Sharon Ann Sizemore Ratliff; his daughter Rebecca Jo Ratliff; and his sisters, Sherry Hisle of Waco and Donna Reed of Berea.
