She was predeceased by: her parent Nancy Johnson (John Wayne); her grandparents, Ben and Margarette Johnson; her parents-in-law, Johnny and Rebecca Alcorn; her sisters-in-law, Betty Gullette and Wilma Hensley; her nephew Virgil Wayne Hensley; and her niece Lexi Kirby.
She is survived by: her husband John W. Alcorn; her family, Donald Alcorn (Bonnie) of Berea, KY, Bruce Alcorn (Karlene) of Berea, KY, Patsy Isaacs (Darrell) of Berea, KY and Connie Lewis (Larry) of Berea, KY; and her nieces and nephews, Duane Crabtree, Waylon, Shane, Bridget, Shannon, Tonya, Tosha, Alesha and Carrie.
At age 15 Clydia came to Berea Foundation School, and at age 18 she met the love of her life, John W. Alcorn.
