He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas Mullins and Arlie Mullins; his wife Zada Mullins; and his sister Patricia Mullins. He is survived by: his children, Joe Mullins (Carla) and Gay Ann Nace; his grandchildren, Kelly, Amanda, Amy, Joe and Starla; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Bay, Elias, Easton, Wilder, Ryah, Stetson, McKenna, Tristan, Danae and Wyatt.
