He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Gilbert Smith; his children, Jennifer Dawn Hays (Jason), Jonathan Teddy Smith and Autumn Reynolds; his grandsons, Jace, Trevor Hays, Colton and Dalton Reynolds; his siblings, John Smith (Karen), Robert "Pee Wee" Smith (Pam), James "Cat" Smith (Robin), Stevie Smith, Wylie Smith (Jennifer), Mike Smith, Pam Strong (John), Sue Arvin (Adam) and Donna Jimenez (Ricky); and his pet Ruth. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
