He is survived by: his friend Bill Lahmon; his wife Dorcas Lakes Fontaine; his sons, Kurt Fontaine and Brad Fontaine; his sister Roslie Rinehart; and his in-laws, Greene Lakes, Doug Lakes, Helen Webb, Elsie Johnson and Bertie Romine. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, friends.
