He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fontaine and Nellie Forrester Fontaine; and his stepmother Pauline Fontaine. He is survived by: his friend Bill Lahmon; his wife Dorcas Lakes Fontaine; his sons, Kurt Fontaine and Brad Fontaine; his sister Roslie Rinehart; and his in-laws, Greene Lakes, Doug Lakes, Helen Webb, Elsie Johnson and Bertie Romine. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Reppert Funeral Home (110 N Broadway, Berea, KY 40403). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
