He was predeceased by: his parents, David and Joann. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his daughter Lauren Dozier (Alfonso); his sister Sandy Hill (Charles); his nephew Justin Allen (Rosalie); his niece Kristi Hillard; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kasey and Bret.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lakes Funeral Home (203 N Dogwood Dr, Berea, KY 40403). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM and at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Dr. Dozier's name to the Madison County Animal Shelter.
