He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill Stephens, Willie and Lois Wilson. He is survived by: his parents, Dwaine Stephens (Vickie Caniff) and Stephanie McKnight (Dave); his children, Brycen Stephens and Natalie Stephens of Berea; his sister Sarah Stephens of Ashland; and his grandmother Barbara Stephens Beckett of Ashland.
