He is survived by: his wife Ersie Retha Owens (Northern); his sons, Anthony Wayne Owens (Sandra), William David Owens (Tonya) and Thomas Jeff Owens; and his grandchildren, Lukas, Brian, Eli, Kayla and Madison. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
