We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2024, at the age of 98, Betty Binkley Wray of Berea, Kentucky, born in Bloomington, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Binkley and Mary Duley Binkley; her husband Dr. Frank Wray; her son William Wray; and her siblings, William Binkley and Joanna Binkley.

She is survived by: her children, James Wray (Caren), Thomas Wray (Teresa) and Ellen Macomb (Daryl); and her brother Raymond Binkley. She is also survived by three grandchildren; two great grandchildren.

“To the delightful family of Mrs. Wray: Mrs. Wray was always brimming with joy at every turn. She was a scrumptious addition to our Union Church family and the greater Berea community. She will be missed by anyone who happened to know her. My favorite memory was Mrs. Wray's pursuit of dreams; realized when she opened the sweetest children's shoppe ever. I was in awe of her taste in selections for the shoppe. I am grateful for seeing her smiling face around town. Valen Spears”
