He is survived by: his parents, Alexis Hembree (Cliff Bass) and Kevin Clark; his siblings, Katrina Clark and Kayle Clark; his grandmother Jean Clark; his uncles, Noel Hembree and James Hembree; his girlfriend Brooke Miller; his cousins, Brooklin Hart and Tamra Miller; and his friends, Evan and Diane Smith. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
