She is survived by: her children, Donna Baird (Randy), Devonna Quinn (Jerry) and Barbara Carpenter (Donnie); her siblings, Louise VanWinkle and Hermon Ballinger; her siblings-in-law, Lloyd Eaton and Betty Bucher; and her grandchildren, Christina Young, Rachel Carpenter, Jacob Carpenter, Bobbie Michelle Adams and William Quinn. She is also survived by 4 step-grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous relatives, friends.
