He was predeceased by: his wife Minnie Helm Orr; his parents, Noble Orr and Beatrice Smith Orr; his sister Sue Cummins; and his son-in-law Kerry Duncan.
He is survived by: his children, Deidra Duncan of Grand Rivers, KY and Chris Orr (Shannon); his sister Beverly Sewell of Draffenville, KY; his grandchildren, Lauren Donnelly (Kevin), Jordan Sims (Scott), Garrett Duncan and Courtney Jones (Weston); and his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Jack Donnelly and Margaret Sims. He is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
