He was predeceased by: his parents, James Randle and Della Gregory Randle of Paducah, KY.; his wife Margaret Randle; and his grandson Derek Neel. He is survived by: his children, Sherry Neel (Michael) of Nashville, TN, Vicki Jackson (Joe) of Metropolis, Steve Davis (Phyllis) of Lady Lake, FL and Phil Davis (Joan) of Paducah, KY; his brother Kenny Randle (Marilyn) of Paducah, KY; his grandchildren, Rebecca Neel (Justin Goavec) of Columbia, TN, Katherine Neel of Nashville, TN, Carrie Davis of Paducah, KY, Alexandra Myre (Michael) of Murray, KY, Jill Poimboeuf (Josh) of Davis, CA, Bill Evitts (Sara) of Paducah, KY, Jim Davis of Paducah, KY, Mark Evitts (Emily Volman) of Franklin, TN, Eric Taylor (Ginger) of Reynolds Station, KY and Adam Taylor of Ledbetter, KY; and his close friend Monte Conway of Paducah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
