He was predeceased by: his uncle Sonny Clapp. He is survived by: his daughter ClaraFaye Hartley Clapp of Calvert City, Kentucky; his parents, Freddie Clapp and Rhonda Brown Clapp of Reidland, Kentucky; his sister Stephanie Reese (Gary) of Paducah, Kentucky; his fiancée Lisa Fox of Benton, Kentucky; his niece McKenzie Reese of Los Angeles, California; his aunts, Cindy Clapp, Gloria Bugg (Jim) and Jenny Flanary (Tom); his uncle Ronnie Brown (Tootsie); his pet Bruno; and his close friend J. T. Thompson.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah (120 Memorial Dr, Paducah, KY 42001). A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brook Hill Memorial Park (780 Old N Friendship Rd, Paducah, KY 42001).
