She is survived by: her husband John C. Childress of Benton, KY; her daughter Valerie Sullivan (Stacey); her stepchildren, Sweeda Compton (Rob) of Benton, KY, Tina Curry (Rodney) of Benton, KY and John Samuel Childress (Alisa) of Louisville, KY; her brother Harold Sullivan (Avounia) of Mayfield, KY; and her grandchildren, Devin Viniard (Amanda), Hunter Kaye Viniard, Mallory Haase, Alisha Compton, Kyle Gray, Josh Childress and Brian Haase, Jr..
