He is survived by: his children, Charles Fooks of Benton, Sam Warren Fooks of Benton, Carol Fooks Hinton of Gainesville and Mary Fooks of Lancaster, Pennsylvania; his sister Shirley Crippen of Benton; his grandchildren, Jennifer Magary of Gainesville, Rob Magary of Gainesville, Brett Fooks of Sacramento, William Fooks of Evansville, Elizabeth Fooks of Cleveland and Daniel Fooks of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and his great grandchildren, Cameron Gera of Gainesville, Paige Magary of Gainesville and Naomi Magary of Gainesville.
