He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence H. Fowler and Sarah Owen Fowler; his wife Bobbye Sanders Fowler; and his sisters, Mae Dawes and Joyce Culp.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Waldrop (Scott) and Natalie Johnston (Mike "Possum"); his sister Winnie R. Castleberry; his grandchildren, Amy Johnston (Josh Collins), Jamie J. Moore (Joey), Megan Sears (Ryan) and Seth Waldrop; and his great grandchildren, Lila, Ezra, Phoebe Waldrop and Reagan Sears. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sharpe Missionary Baptist Church (9181 Scale Rd, Benton, KY 42025). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
