It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Proctor of Benton, Kentucky, who passed away on May 31, 2022, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Amber Conn; her parents, Bobby Proctor and Dorothy Proctor; and her father-in-law Richard Conn. She is survived by: her boyfriend Richard Conn; her son Ayran Conn; and her sister Patrica Todd. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
