He is survived by: his wife Cindy Conrad of Benton; his daughter Daniele Guidash of Benton; his grandchildren, Alicia Johnson, Eric Johnson and Ryan Guidash; his great grandchildren, Deacon Genga, Hadleigh Howell and Cora Johnson; and his brothers, Kevin, Richard, Bill, Dave and John Conrad.
