He was predeceased by: his brothers, David Stephenson and Edwin Gene Stephenson; and his parents, Ed Stephenson and Lillian Dunevant Stephenson. He is survived by: his children, Mark Stephenson (Maribel) of French Lick, IN and Tamayla Jones (Steve) of Fancy Farm, KY; and his brothers, Donald Stephenson of Jackson, TN and Richard Stephenson of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
