She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Wentworth Helm and Lillie Pearl Bradshaw Helm; her sister Virginia Bohanon; and her son-in-law Kerry Duncan. She is survived by: her husband Yuell Orr of Benton, KY; her children, Deidra Duncan of Grand Rivers, KY and Chris Orr (Shannon); her siblings, Aneta Calhoun of Smithland, KY and Albert Helm, Jr. (Kathy); her grandchildren, Lauren Donnelly (Kevin), Jordan Sims (Scott), Garrett Duncan and Courtney Jones (Weston); and her great grandchildren, Charlotte and Jack Donnelly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
