He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Hendrickson and Frances Myers Hendrickson. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bogard Hendrickson; his children, Krystal Denfip (Jason) of Gilbertsville, KY, Keri Jean McKenty (Billy) of Benton, KY and Jerry McCuiston of Murray, KY; his siblings, Cena Scott of Nashville, TN and Mitch Hendrickson (Jocille) of Benton, KY; his grandchildren, Carson Denfip, Kaylin Denfip, Terri Green, Scott McKenty, Shane McKenty, Taylor McCuiston and Peyton McCuiston; and his great grandchildren, Chaney Green, Adalynn Green, Jack Green and Nathaniel McKenty.
