She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur DuHaime and Helen Lynn Fodiel Burgess. She is survived by: her husband Ernest "Gib" Phelps of Benton, KY; her children, Rana Ann Medley (Harold) of Benton, KY, Cheryl Lynn Phelps of Benton, AR and Randy Lane Phelps of Benton, KY; and her siblings, Delores Belt of Paducah, KY, Donna Masiulis of Fleshing, MI and Bobby Burgess of Waldorf, MD. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and Ten great grandchildren.
