Lou Jean McGregor Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lou Jean McGregor of Benton, Kentucky, who passed away on January 27, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Wilson and Medie Riley Wilson; her husband James Fields McGregor; and her siblings, Mildred Copeland, Ermon Wilson and Erlie Wilson.

She is survived by: her sons, Gary McGregor (Georgette) of Benton and Larry McGregor (Janet) of Burna, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Michael McGregor (Kathrin), Kaitlynn Siers (Shaun), Chad McGregor (Rose) and Sunni Ogg (Cody). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Life Celebration Center of Filbeck-Cann (1003 Poplar St, Benton, KY 42025). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
