It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Linda Ruth Cox of Benton, Kentucky, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on November 24, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Jowers and Ruth "Corean" Wells Jowers; and her brother Rodger Jowers. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Ed" Cox; her daughters, Kimberly Smith (Rusty) of Madisonville and Jennifer Bumpus (Jeffery) of Onton; her stepdaughters, Laura Byrley, Jenny Rentfrow, Kerrie Winters and Angela Morrison; her grandchildren, Cody Smith, Kyle Smith, Connor Smith, Zachary Richmond and Travis Richmond; and her stepgrandsons, Dalton Rentfrow and Austin Rentfrow. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
