He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Murray and Linda Ballew Murray. He is survived by: his wife Samantha Carver Murray; his stepsons, William Burgess of Paducah, KY, Steven Burgess of Charleston, MO and Michael Carver-Gutierrez of Benton, KY; his siblings, Lindsay Crawford, Jennifer Stewart, Jessica Murray and Justin Murray; and his close friend Eric Maki. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
