He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby L. Hawkins and Elizabeth E. Hawkins (Gibson). He is survived by: his sister Audra L. Bristoe of Paducah; his nephews, Kameron Bristoe (Bre) and Conner Bristoe; his great-nephew Kaison Bristoe; and his great-niece Madison Bristoe.
