He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cunningham and Mary Elizabeth Bolen Cunningham; and his sister Barbara Ann Blackwell Vaughn. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sharon Burd; his brother Billy Ray Cunningham, Sr.; his children, Jessica Hope Willis of Waldorf, MD, Joseph Lynn Cunningham of Benton and Chris Woods of Paducah; and his stepchildren, Amanda Washburn (Jeff) of Benton, Kathy Reynolds of Benton and Steven Burd of Benton. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
