She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Pace and Lona Lyles Pace; her husband Joe Scharmahorn, Jr.; and her siblings, Rosie Walker, Fred Pace, Mirvan Pace and Gilman Pace.
She is survived by: her son Joe Scharmahorn III (Melanie); her grandchildren, Kaleb Scharmahorn (Meagan) and Kinsey Diegan (Allan); her great grandchildren, Graelynn Scharmahorn, Lilly Scharmahorn and Johander Scharmahorn; and her brother Grayson Pace (Ellie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
