He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Smith (Green) of Benton, KY.; his son Stephen Smith (Leslie) of Benton, KY.; his grandchildren, Danielle Smith Tyler (Austin) of Benton, KY., Zack Smith (Linda) of Murray, KY. and Alyssa Smith of Benton, KY.; and his siblings, Wanda Lambert (Smith) of Calvert City, KY, Sharron Dunigan (Smith) of Calvert City, KY., Lucille Lee (Smith), Joel Smith, Pete Smith and Lonnie Smith. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
