She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Miller and Gertrude Miller (Speck); her former husband Ellis "Ray" Sager; her husband James Alexander; her children, Dillard Ray Sager and Shirley Ann Sager; and her siblings, A. J. Miller and Cola Dean Bilbery.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Sager (Robin) of Benton, KY and Becky Earley (Steve) of Wapakoneta, OH; and her sister Betty Jean King of Anderson, IN. She is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
