He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Evans and Bette Evans. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Pigg (Jason) of Benton and Michael Evans (Dana) of Benton; his brothers, John T. Evans, Jr. (Donna) of Taylor and Leo T. Evans (Cheryl) of Fairdealing, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Lukas Pigg of Benton, Allie Pigg of Benton, Jadrien Evans of Benton, Jericoh Evans of Benton and Dallas Evans of Benton.
