He is survived by: his parents, Charles Riggs Sr. and Marie Houser Riggs; his wife Mary Beth Conder Riggs; his children, Holly R. David, Emily R. Flowers and Casey Riggs (Adrienne); his siblings, Linda Cissell (Paul), Nancy Danneker (Joe), Saundra Keeling and Jimmy Riggs (Anita); and his grandchildren, Alexis Monet Flowers, Isaiah Johnathan Flowers, Jackson Alexander David, Lily Dawn Riggs, Raylan Martin Riggs and Owen Reed Riggs.
