He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Luber and Beulah Luber. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Luber of Benton, Kentucky; his son Jim Fish (Linda) of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; his granddaughter Abbie Fish of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; his stepchildren, Christopher Reed and Raven Smith of Cahaba Heights, Alabama; and his brothers, Larry Luber (Mary) of St. Louis, Byron Luber (Nancy) of Caruthersville, Paul Luber (Dean) of Sikeston, Greg Luber (Sherryl) of St. Louis and Thomas Luber of St. Louis.
