Charles Eugene Starks Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Eugene Starks of Benton, Kentucky, who passed away on September 21, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Toy Starks and Bertha Emmons Starks; and his brother Marvin Starks. He is survived by: his wife Donna Ann Dowdy Starks; his children, Charlotte Dismore, Leshia Smith (Damon) and Kenneth Starks; his brother Paul Starks (Paula) of Benton; his sister-in-law Ruby Lee Starks; his grandchildren, Gina Cone (Luke), Lacy Cleaver, Chaney Starks Graham (Ryan), Taylor Starks, Travis Starks, Emma Smith, Laney Smith and Harper Smith; and his great grandchildren, Joseph Cone, Bella Cleaver, Millie Cone, Samson Nelson and Everette Graham. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
