Betty Lou Carter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2020, at the age of 66, Betty Lou Carter (Benton, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Carter and Bertie Ovella Bowerman Carter; her siblings, Barbara Lyons, Jerry Carter and David Carter; and her grandson Brandon Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Harding (Terry) of Melber, Jessica Baker of Brookport, IL and Michael Nelson of Paducah; her siblings, Sandra Fulks (Tommy) of Eddyville, Carolyn Lewis of Memphis, TN, Janie Rundle of Paducah, Roger Carter (Loraine) of Paducah and Gary Carter (Linda) of Missouri; her grandchildren, Kyle Harding (Christina), Karlee Baker and Justin Baker; and her great grandchildren, Zoeigh Nelson and Brandon Spencer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
