She is survived by: her husband Kevin; her parents, John Boxley and Jean Boxley of Lebanon Junction; her daughter Johanna Choate (Lucas); her granddaughters, Adalynn and Meira of Kirksey; her daughter Teala Osborne (Shane); her grandchildren, Ella and Ezra of Murray; and her sister Susan Hayden (Ted) of Nashville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
