Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ann Waggoner of Benton, Kentucky, born in Princeton, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 82, on September 5, 2021. She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Lucille Hall Brinkley; her husband Frank Waggoner (Spider); her father Dewey Brinkley; her grandson Jay Manley; and her pet Zoey.

She is survived by: her children, Teresa Manley (Craig) of Benton and Bobby Waggoner (Amy) of Benton; her sisters, Kay Little (Dwight) of Madisonville and Janice Ramey of Madisonville; her grandchildren, Derek Manley (Angie), Allison Manley, Claire West (Jonathan) and Chloe Waggoner (Parker); and her great grandchild Gavin Manley.
