He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kermit Lewis and Lona Lewis; his wife Belvia Lewis; his children, David Lewis (Angie), Charles Lewis, Todd Lewis (Erin), Carrie Lewis (Jordan) and Craig Lewis (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Natalie Gibson, Nichole Lewis, Meghan Lewis, Denver Lewis and Trey Lewis; his great grandchildren, Dawson Gibson and Haddie Gibson; his siblings, Lorena Morgan, Wanda Wymer, Robert Lewis and Don Lewis; and his nieces and nephews, Karen Crossin, Susan Brashears, Rhonda Creech, Mindy Cline, Mike Lewis, Ryan Lewis and Stan Morgan. He was also cherished by Many cousins and friends.
Due to the mandates by the Governor of Kentucky, all visitors must wear some form of face covering and practice social distancing.
