She is survived by: her husband Delbert "Bud" Blair; her children, Deborah Little (Kenneth) of Murfreesboro, TN, Mike Blair (Rhonda) of Benham, Vicki Boggs (Dell) of Cumberland and Mark Blair of Cumberland; her siblings, Gilbert Creech, Rush Creech, Buford Creech and Brenda Sue Pilch; her siblings-in-law, Leanna VanEpps, Stephanie Hurt, Cody Boggs, Casey Huckleby, Dillon Blair and Haley Boggs-Lee; her grandchildren, Rylee VanEpps, Hunter Hurt, Marshall Huckleby, Sadie Huckleby, Skylar Boggs, Kennedy Hurt, David Lee, Miranda and Courtney Stanton; and her niece Melissa Owens. She is also survived by six grandkids.
Due to mandates by the Governor of Kentucky, services are limited to 60% of building capacity with all in attendance wearing a face covering and social distancing.
