She is survived by: her husband James Payne; and her children, Jimmy Wayne Payne (Kathy), Karen Lynn Pendley (Jimmy), Pamela D. Payne, Kenneth Edward Payne (Jeanie) and Jeffrey Todd Payne. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
