He is survived by: his wife Peggy Sue Knight Williams; his children, Kim (Rex), Michelle, Amy and Robert Earl Jr. (Alissa); his stepchildren, Timothy (Dana) and Vanessa (Keith); his nephew Robert D. (Shirl); his niece Lori; and his brother Russell. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
